What the form collects
Six fields only, and what happens to them when you reserve a day
A name, an email address, a list of ticked days, a month, a message and the time it arrived. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
The form on this site has six useful fields: what to call you, where the reply goes, the days you ticked, roughly when, anything you wanted to add, and the moment the request arrived. There is a seventh field which is hidden and exists only to catch software; if anything appears in it the request is discarded.
No card number is asked for anywhere on this site, because no payment is taken anywhere on this site. No passport number, no date of birth, no national identifier, no medical detail and no home address are asked for by this office at any stage.
Who else sees it, and for how long
What you send is read by the office and, for the days you actually decide to hold, passed to the company that runs each of those days, because that company needs a name and a way to reach you. Days you ticked but did not proceed with are not passed anywhere.
Requests are kept for two years so that the office can answer you if you write again, then deleted. Write to the office at any time and it will delete yours sooner and confirm in writing that it has.
This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no analytics that follows you between sites. Nothing on it is sold, rented or handed to a data broker.
