Whose company this is

Juniper Routes Bookings LLC operates under the name Juniper Routes from 7 Corporate Park, Suite 245, Irvine, CA 92606. It is an independent booking office. This office holds no seats, no rooms and no vehicles of its own, and each day you reserve is run by the local company named to you in writing before you commit.

This company arranges days run by other people and is not an airline, a hotel, a shipping line, a tour operator or a reservation site of any kind. This is a booking office for single days out. It is not a technology company and gives no IT or technical help of any kind. It is not a bank or a lender, it takes no payment and holds no card details. It distils nothing and publishes nothing.

Money, goods and refunds

Booking a day here means the office holds your place with whoever runs that day on the ground, and their invoice reaches you directly once the dates stop moving. Payment never passes through this office at any point, and no figure quoted here becomes owed until the operator has written to you and you have written back.

No goods are sold on this site, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery to arrange. No payment is taken on this site, so there is no checkout, no card form and no stored card. Refunds are therefore not a matter for this office at all: whatever comes back to you comes from the operator that invoiced you, under the terms it sent you. Prices shown are starting figures per person in United States dollars and are confirmed in writing by the operator before anything is owed. A figure on this site is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not become one until the operator writes to you.

What is not sold here

This office does not sell or advise on travel insurance, visas or passports. It does not arrange carriage through the air or over the sea and holds no contract with any carrier that does. It does not sell memberships, discount schemes or clubs of any kind and charges no joining fee, because taking one would put it under a different law entirely. It runs no prize draws and no competitions.

It makes no comparative price claim about anybody. It does not say it is cheaper, better or faster than another office, and no page on this site ranks one way of buying above another.

Nothing is claimed here that is not shown somewhere here.

This site carries no reviews, no ratings, no awards and no counters, because there is no honest way to verify any of them. Where a day depends on weather, tide, an animal or a season, the day page says so in words rather than promising an outcome.
